7×3 Deadlift
Then
On the minute every minute for 10 minutes
10 Wallballs 20# / 16# both high target
15 Double unders
*If you do not complete all wallballs and double unders in the minute, you have a 10 burpee penalty to be completed at the end of the workout.  Penalties add up each time reps are not completed in the 1 minute.
