Wednesday’s WOD

2 Rounds for Time
30  lunges with plate 10# plate over head
30 Hang Cleans (115# / 65#)
30 Pushups
ME Hang from Pullup Bars
  At the end of the workout, multiply ME Hang by 2 and subtract that from your total time.  (i.e. if you hang for 32 seconds, subtract 64 seconds from your total time).
