15 Minute Partner AMRAP!
As a Team, rack up as many rounds as possible of:
30 Double Unders
20 GHD Sittups
20 Back Extensions
10 Box Jumps (24″ / 20″)
While 1 person runs 400m with sandbag, the other person works on the AMRAP.  Switch off after completion of the 400m sandbag run.  Continue as such until the 15 minutes are up.
