Friday’s WOD

Anything you can do I can do better.  Pick an opponent.
Tabata style (30 seconds of work / 10 seconds of rest – 1 minute rest between the 4 movements):
Best 2 of 3 wins for 4 different movements.  Each person picks 2 movements they think they can beat their opponent at.
Choose from:
Body weight deadlift, pushups, pullups, sittups, airsquats, cal row, burpees, slamballs, kb swings, body weight back squat, tire flips, lunges, double unders, SDHP (75# / 55#), wallball
