Our classes are 6am, 7am, 9am and then again at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm or 7pm. Yes, we are closed at all other times. Saturdays we have a class at 10am. Does that help? Members come at their preferred class time and perform the WOD (workout of the day) together with other members during that class time. Please let us know if that doesn’t answer your questions.
